Nov 15 to Dec 31: World of Illumination, the producer of the world’s largest drive-through animated light show, presents two theme parks in the Phoenix-metro area for the 2023 holiday season. Light and sound collide to spark your holiday spirit with over 2 million animated lights that are synchronized to a holiday musical experience. Arizona’s Largest Christmas Tree in Anthem

Nov 18:  Anthem Outlets will kick off the holiday season with the 22nd Annual Tree Lighting Concert! This year’s tree measures 70-feet tall and 20-feet wide and will be topped with a three-foot tall copper star, which is a nod to the state’s official metal. More than 1.5 miles of LED lights, approximately 10,000 bulbs, will illuminate the tree and roughly 5,000 ornaments and bows will finish off the breathtaking spectacle. When Buddy, a stowaway orphan turned would-be elf, realizes he’s a larger-than-average human, a journey unfolds to find his birth father and true identity. Although New York City and his family unveil some harsh realities, Buddy’s heartfelt determination proves to everyone the real meaning of Christmas.

Based on the beloved 2003 film and coming back to The Phoenix Theatre Company for a second time, this musical adaptation is a sugary treat the whole family will enjoy during the holiday season. Tickets start at $55. The “It’s Electric” themed parade starts at 7pm beginning at Central and Montebello Avenues and travel south on Central Avenue, then east on Camelback Road, then south on 7th Street ending at Indian School Road.

Peoria’s Old Town Holiday Festival

Dec 9: Head to Old Town Peoria for holiday fun for the whole family including live music, meet-and-greets with Santa, entertainment, a variety of interactive activities and much more. Several local craft vendors will be selling gift items, and a variety of food and beverage trucks will be onsite. Don’t miss the highlights of the night, which include a tree-lighting ceremony in Osuna Park and photos with Santa! Free to attend. The fun happens from 5-9pm.

Winter Wonderland at State Farm Stadium

Dec 9 & 10: Make a list and check it twice, because West Valley Wonderland will bring shopping, entertainment, festive eats, games with prizes, and plenty of holiday cheer to Glendale this winter. There’s a little something for everyone, from sitting back and enjoying local musicians to riding on the machinal reindeer and so much more in between! 10am-6pm. The Nutcracker Presented by Southwest Youth Ballet Theatre

Dec 15 to 17: Southwest Youth Ballet Theatre, a pre-professional ballet company, returns with their 17th annual production of the timeless holiday classic for four performances.

All performances are accompanied by live music by the Chandler Symphony Orchestra.

Holidays Around the World Concert

Dec 16: Join NVSO as we celebrate holidays from around the world, including globally known Christmas carols and musical celebrations of Chanukah, New Year’s Eve, and the Lunar New Year.

NVSO is committed to making concert tickets affordable for all. Tickets are now on sale and prices are just $10 each.

Dec 19: This new holiday event will feature live music by The Damn Kids, food trucks, holiday gifts for purchase made by local crafters, and a North Pole Pass.

The North Pole Pass is $10 per person, both adults and children must purchase a pass to be able to participate (children under two are free). The pass will include a digital picture with Santa, a train ride on Daisy Mountain Railroad and a holiday craft!

3 to 9pm. Purchasing passes online is encouraged but they will also be available the day of the event. Check out all the event details on the website listed above.
