International Mariachi Festival

All eyes will be on downtown Phoenix as the lively music and festive atmosphere will be a show-stopping cultural experience of sound and sight. Popular mariachi groups, headlined by “the world’s best mariachi,” Mariachi Vargas, led by Carlos Martinez, musical director who was named to replace the late legendary musical director Pepe Martinez who guided the group for nearly 30 years, will descend on Phoenix for this one-of-a-kind musical festival.
