Scottsdale’s Founder’s Day

Celebrate Scottsdale Founder Chaplain Winfield Scott’s 179th birthday. .Scottsdale Mayor W.J. “Jim” Lane and local historians will offer brief tributes. Old-fashioned picnic refreshments will be served following the program. The event is hosted by the Friends of Winfield Scott, founded by former City Councilwoman Roberta Pilcher and members of the Scottsdale Historical Society.
