Star Spangled Celebration

The Office of Councilman Michael Nowakowski in partnership with the Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department and local sponsors, host a free, family friendly event over Memorial Day weekend to honor the Phoenix fallen police officers, fire fighters and veterans. This community event celebrates their bravery and sacrifices made.
