The Children’s Garden, located outside the Historic Entrance of the Museum, features seven planting beds arranged in a leaf pattern, filled with seasonal vegetables, herbs, and flowers. An interactive water pump allows children to water the garden while engaging in fun and educational activities. The garden offers hands-on learning experiences for children of all ages, encouraging them to explore and interact with nature. Program facilitators guide some activities, but children and caregivers can also explore independently, learning plant names and expanding their vocabulary through discussions with facilitators. Free with paid museum admission.
