Día de los Muertos Festival

Celebrate the rich traditions of Día de los Muertos at Mesa Arts Center’s 20th Annual Día de los Muertos Festival, bringing the community together for a vibrant weekend of culture, music and family-friendly fun. Enjoy live entertainment, traditional dance, hands-on art activities, local artists and vendors, delicious food and cultural experiences for all ages. Families can also contribute photos and mementos to the Community Altar honoring loved ones who have passed. On Saturday evening, the celebration expands into a lively street party on First Avenue following the lighting of the altar, featuring free performances by QVLN (Quetzal Guerrero) at 7 p.m. , GRAMMY, and Latin GRAMMY Award-winning artist Lila Downs at 8 p.m.
