The Thumb is an iconic Scottsdale landmark. It’s a gas station/car wash/BBQ bistro/artisan gift shop boutique all in one. There are also chess sets inside and a beautiful, enormous fish tank that kids love to look at. The Thumb has been featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives.” Their slow-smoked, Kansas City-style BBQ ribs, brisket, chicken, and pulled pork is mouth-watering and award-winning.
