JCPenney Kids Zone

Celebrate Halloween with two fun-filled activities for kids! The Character Kindness Club will feature BINGO the Halloween Witch, where kids can dress as their favorite characters, enjoy a free photo experience, and make a fun witch pop craft. Families with a same-day mall receipt or a $10 charity donation can also enjoy free face painting. From 11 a.m. to noon, kids can visit the JCPenney Kids Zone to create a cute Dalmatian fireman foam figure, receive an ID badge and lanyard, and collect a monthly pin and craft medallion. No registration is required, and parents will receive a 10% off JCPenney coupon to use that day.
