Yoga at HD South

Join HD SOUTH and Yoga’s Arc instructors Amilia Lucie and Alyssa Schaeffer for a rejuvenating hour of yoga designed to relax the mind and strengthen the body. Participants will experience the benefits of mindful breathing, increased flexibility, and improved balance in this all-level class, open to teens and adults. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing. Registration is required.
