Is your mind FULL or are you MINDFULL?
 
Dr. B’s Mindfullness classes – improve Emotional Intelligence, reduce anxiety/stress & increase confidence.  Grades 4-8. 1:1 session, once a week (30 min.)
Mindfullness is a heightened awareness of what you are sensing in the moment, without interpretation or judgement.  Practicing mindfullness involves breathing methods and guided imagery to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.  Benefits include a better focus on what’s happening to you, inside and out.  A decrease in thinking negative thoughts, a decrease in reactive behavior (ex: overplanning or daydreaming), and increase in ability to get calm after becoming emotionally triggered. 
Class sessions are on Zoom.
