MYS, a Founding Resident Company of the Mesa Arts Center offers a unique musical experience for instrumental students through the 12th grade. Students may audition to participate in one of 6 large ensembles specifically aligned to their level of performance in band orchestra and guitar. In addition, MYS offers a recital series, week-long summer music camp, Honors Quartet program, and a Scholarship Solo Competition.

Join Us for an Unforgettable Week at MYS Summer Music Camp 2025! Get ready for a week of music, creativity, and fun June 23–27, 2025.
This camp is open to string musicians through the summer after 9th grade and band students through 12th grade. What’s in Store? Daily orchestra and band rehearsals, Hands-on music theory sessions, exciting electives like Guitar, Ukulele, Sight-Reading, Expression & Movement/Dance, Yoga for Musicians, and more! Lunchtime concerts featuring professional musicians and a free finale performance on Friday, June 27.
Full-Day Band & Orchestra Camp (9AM-4PM): $300 (includes a camp shirt!). Half-Day Green Camp (8AM-12PM): $200 (for first-year string players) with an option to upgrade to full-day.
