Now in the thirteenth season of tours, Shamrock Farms is proud to open its barn doors to schools and the general public to explain just how their pure, fresh milk makes it way from the farm to table. The open air tram takes visitors around the 320-acre farm that is home to both a traditional and organic herd of cows. During the one-hour guided tour through Shamrock Farms real working farm, guests will learn about dairy farming and agriculture while getting up close and personal with 10,000 cows, visit a milking barn that accommodates 1,600 cows (milking 200 at a time), pet and feed the baby calves and much more.
